Welcome to TrackSense - Calories & Symptoms (“TrackSense,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, the limited third parties we share it with, and the choices you have.
TrackSense is developed and operated by Turbolabs, an Australian-based business focused on helping users understand the connections between what they eat and how they sleep, move and feel, using AI.
Account Data — Email address, display name and (if provided) profile avatar.
Health & Lifestyle Data — Meal photos and meal details, symptom entries (including any symptom types you create), sleep, hydration, exercise and activity logs, body measurements, timestamps and any notes you add.
Profile & Goal Data — Details you choose to provide, such as age, sex, height, weight, activity level, dietary preferences and the goals you set, used to personalize your targets and insights.
Subscription & Purchase Data — Receipt IDs, purchase dates, plan type and renewal status (via RevenueCat).
Usage & Device Data — App version, device model, basic diagnostics, and interaction counts (via Google Analytics for Firebase) to improve stability and app features. We also record which marketing campaign or referral an install or purchase came from, so we can measure how well our marketing works. We do not capture precise location or your contacts, and we never use your health and lifestyle data for advertising.
Cookies / Local Storage — On our public website we use essential cookies for language and auth tokens, together with analytics and marketing-measurement tags that tell us how visitors reach us. The mobile apps store tokens locally. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some site functions could break.
We process your data on the basis of: (a) contract (to provide the service you request); (b) consent (for optional features); (c) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product improvement); or (d) legal obligations.
We share data only with the providers essential to run TrackSense:
We do not sell your information, and your health and lifestyle data is never shared for advertising or used to target ads. What we share with our marketing-measurement partners is limited to events such as a website visit, an app install, a sign-up or a purchase, along with the technical identifiers those platforms need to match them — never the contents of your journal.
We store your data in Supabase databases located in the region closest to you. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Health-journal entries are kept until you delete them or your account, after which backups are purged within 30 days. Purchase receipts are retained as required by tax & accounting law.
To exercise rights you cannot perform in-app, email us at support@tracksense.app.
TrackSenseis not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may transfer your data outside your country — for example to the United States, where several of the providers listed in section 6 process data on our behalf. When we do, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We’ll notify you of substantial changes via the App or by email.
