You must be at least 13 years old (or the local minimum age of digital consent) to create a TrackSense account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

At TrackSense, we emphasize compliance with health-privacy regulations and respect for personal data when logging meals, symptoms, sleep, exercise, hydration and body measurements, or uploading photos. Please follow these guidelines:

Compliance with Applicable Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring that any data they record or upload aligns with local laws (e.g. health-privacy, consumer, workplace rules). Familiarize yourself with and adhere to regulations governing personal health information in your region.

Respecting Intellectual Property

Do not upload images or text you do not have the right to use (e.g. copyrighted meal photos). Obtain permission from the copyright holder where required.

Respect for Privacy & Confidentiality

Never upload sensitive data about anyone else without explicit consent, and avoid sharing content that violates privacy laws (e.g. identifying images of others, medical records that are not your own).

Third-Party AI Processing

Meal photos and the logs you submit for analysis are sent to third-party AI providers, who process them on our behalf to return nutrition estimates, health scores and correlation insights. If you would rather your data was not processed this way, manual meal entry and logging remain available without AI analysis.

TrackSense does not condone—and cannot be held liable for—unauthorized uploads that violate laws or third-party rights. By using our platform you agree to indemnify Turbolabs from consequences arising from such violations.

Provided you comply with these Terms, Turbolabs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable and non-transferable license to access and use the App. You agree not to copy, scrape or access the App via automated means unless authorized in writing.

Subscriptions or credits purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are for individual use only. We may enforce reasonable limits (e.g. devices, usage volume) to protect against unauthorized access.

Premium features (e.g. unlimited AI meal analyses, advanced correlations and full data history) are available via subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are displayed in-app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Manage or cancel renewals in your device’s account settings.

New accounts include a limited number of complimentary AI meal analyses (currently one). The number available is shown in-app and may change or be withdrawn at Turbolabs’s discretion.

Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows are shown before you purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at that price. Trials are limited to one per user per platform and may not be offered on every plan or in every region.

Credit packs, where offered, are one-off purchases consumed as you use AI features. Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All content, code, trademarks and branding in the App are owned by Turbolabs. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g. photos, notes) but grant Turbolabs a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and analyze it to provide the service.

TrackSense uses AI to correlate logged data and surface potential triggers. These insights are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.Turbolabs is not responsible for actions taken based on AI suggestions.

1. Eligibility — Requests must be made within 24 hours of the original subscription purchase or renewal and only if the subscription has not been used in violation of these Terms. This reflects the third-party AI processing costs incurred as soon as an analysis runs, which cannot be recovered afterwards.
2. Store-First Process — For the fastest resolution, request a refund directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using their built-in refund tools. Apple and Google apply their own refund policies and make the final decision on any request submitted to them. If the platform declines or you encounter technical issues, email us at support@tracksense.app with the subject “Refund Request – TrackSense”.
3. Information Shared with the Stores — When you request a refund, Apple or Google may ask us for information to help them assess it. You consent to Turbolabs sharing relevant account and usage data with the store handling your request — for example how much of the subscription period has elapsed, your AI analysis usage, purchase history and any previous refunds. This information is shared only with the store, only in response to a refund request, and only so that the request can be decided fairly.
4. No Refunds for Inactive Accounts — Forgetting to cancel a renewal is not grounds for a refund. Manage subscriptions in your device’s settings.
5. Pro-Rated Refunds — If a refund is approved, we may pro-rate unused days only where the store platform allows.
6. Non-Refundable Cases — Promotional pricing, special offers, credit packs where any credits have already been used, and accounts terminated for Terms violations are not refundable.
7. Processing Time — Once approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method. Banks may take 7-14 business days to credit funds.
8. Changes — Turbolabs may update this policy at any time. Major changes will be posted in-app and on our website.

Turbolabs may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time via the App.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbolabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Queensland.
